Kingsway received an outstanding Ofsted report and inspectors categorised it as a good school with very good features.

They identified four areas of outstanding practice (it is rare for schools to get even one). These cameos are deemed worthy of sharing nationally.

The teaching was identified as being good with a significant proportion classed as either very good or excellent.

The ‘Director of Education' invited Mr. L Jackson, the Head teacher, to attend a corporate management team meeting to discuss the very successful Ofsted experience. The Children and ‘Young People Overview' and Security Committee also wrote to express their congratulations on the report.
